Maximum area refers to total BRA-i for the entire apartment, including bathroom, storage, and rooms not painted. Area beyond the package limit costs +NOK 3,125 incl. VAT per started 10 sqm.

Important to know
The fixed price applies when these prerequisites are met.
When you submit the order, you order the selected fixed-price package. You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours, provided work has not started.
The package covers painting of walls. Ceilings, trim, doors, and extra preparation can be added before start.
The area limit applies to total BRA-i for the entire apartment, including bathroom, storage, and rooms not painted. A 60 sqm 1-bedroom is therefore above the 55 sqm limit, even if only 54 sqm is painted.
Fixed price packages are only for apartments. Detached houses, townhouses, and similar must be ordered via app.flip.no.
Normal wear and standard spot filling are included, limited to max 25% of the wall area. Full skim coating, moisture damage, old lining, wallpaper that must be removed, or larger damage is not covered by the fixed price.
2.6–3.0 m: +NOK 1,500/room. Over 3.0 m: +NOK 3,000/room (special equipment).
We need unhindered access throughout the entire period (typically 2–3 days).
The contractor must have free access to the walls when work starts. Partly furnished means few pieces of furniture, cleared floors, and free access along the walls. If you need help moving furniture, it can be added as an add-on.
If anything needs to be added after the startup inspection, the price is clarified before the work is carried out.
You only pay when the job is finished and you have approved the delivery.
Both must be available throughout the entire work period.
If something does not match the prerequisites, an additional cost may apply. Flip always clarifies any add-ons before the work is carried out.

Can be added if you also want ceilings, trim, moldings, frames, or doors painted.

When the form is submitted, the selected fixed-price package is ordered.
24-hour free cancellation
You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours, provided work has not started.
Confirmation, date, and contract
You receive confirmation with a start date and contract with the contractor.
Startup inspection
The contractor contacts you and agrees a startup inspection where you go through the job together.
The work is carried out
The contractor paints the apartment, and you follow progress, photos, and updates in the Flip app.
Approve and pay
When the job is finished, you approve the delivery. You only pay after the job has been approved.
